Founder of Advance EDU, which aims to help close Colorado’s college and career attainment equity gaps by supporting college students in innovative, affordable paths to in-demand careers. Achieving outstanding outcomes for students, 85% of whom are first-generation college students, and 90% of whom work while pursuing their degree.

Founder Colorado Thrives, a non-profit led by executives from some of Colorado’s largest companies to advance economic mobility for all Coloradans and help Colorado thrive for the long-term.

Former Chair Energize Colorado Gap Fund, which provided $50+ million in COVID-relief grants to small businesses — emphasizing rural areas and/or those owned by women, minorities, and veterans.
